I hate when every word starts with an uppercase letter, its tacky. I am pretty sure that Invision actually has an option to turn that off too, unless I am thinking of PHPnuke or some other application.

Either way, it should be too hard to fix. Maybe 5 minutes searching code, a quick highlight and delete, bam, problem fixed.

Oh, and no, this particular board was not made for complaining about topic titles that you personally don't like. It was made for suggestions on how to make this a better website, and considering the first two posts after yours, no one except you has a problem with the titles. If you have a genuine suggestion, word it better so it doesn't look like you're just complaining.
