Go to NLL INSIDER and vote for Josh Funk for best hair. He's up against Paul Rabil. There's no contest there. Funk should be able to take Rabil easily. Get your votes in before it's too late.
niknak
Seriously, how can he not beat Rabil? Get out and vote peeps. Someone get a hold of those girls who bought his jersey. They must run a fan club right? wink.gif

You know how life can be. Every once in a while, you run into something you just can’t explain. The Jersey Shore. Lady Gaga. Paul Rabil’s flow not even getting out of the first round of our National Lacrosse League fan poll. Really? Really. The people have spoken and Josh Funk of the Minnesota Swarm pulled in more votes than the Washington Stealth transition man, 1,673 to 1,041. A surprise, no doubt, but that’s what’s up as we cruise into the next matchup: Scott Carnegie of the Roughnecks against Brenden Thenhaus of the Blazers.

The Fro Bros were channeling the inner hair power to him.

Way to go Funk. But beating Rabil a surprise? I don't think so.

Indeed! Apprently the writer has a man-crush because Rabil's fairly fugly.

For those of you who may not have Josh as a friend on Facebook...

He's growing out his hair for Locks of Love. As part of that, he's also raising money for the Children's National Medical Center in DC. Click here for more information. Let's help him reach his goal of raising $5000 by the end of July!

Vote for Josh Again!!

Part Two....
Semi-Finals.
Winner goes up against ex-Swarmer Kyle Ross for the title.

Since Funk is planning on a hair cut in July and donating his "flow" to Locks of Love, he deserves two votes just for that!!

There's no limit on the voting. Keep voting for him till he's winning. Then vote a few dozen more times after that.

Look like Niknak has been busy. Funk is leading now:
Josh Funk (51%, 4,450 Votes)
Scott Carnegie (49%, 4,277 Votes)
Total Voters: 8,727
BiteMeBob
Carnegie pulled ahead.
Scott Carnegie (50%, 5,014 Votes)
Josh Funk (50%, 5,010 Votes)
Total Voters: 10,024

I gave Josh another dozen votes but somebody else was clicking faster than I was so Josh still lost ground.

There were only 337 total votes cast in last week's contest but over 10k this week. Do you think anybody at NLLInsider will notice that?

It was the same last time he was in the competition - over 3K votes per person.
SwarmKeeper
I'm sure the NLLInsider are noticing and LOVING IT!!
Just think of the "page load" stats they can tell their advertisers about!!

Josh lost his lead over night...
More clicking for me.
Anyone wanna join me?

I'm doing it as often as I can! smile.gif

Someone from Calgary is obviously cheating, Josh went from a 150 vote lead to a 1k deficit in a few hours. Let's even this out. The best way to do it, right click the link above and open it in a new tab 50+ times. Keep voting for Josh. If they're going to cheat, let's make it a run for their money!

P.S. Chavez has taken note. at the very least there will be comments about it. Still, let's win this for Josh.
niknak
I'm not sure how, but the numbers got reversed overnight. Fun was losing by 1000+ votes with around 9k total, now he's winning by 2000+ with 11k total with the other guy now has 9k...
SwarmKeeper
CaptainKeeper & I were busy both voting and recruiting voters.
smile.gif
We had an eventful night.
Plus the CaptainKeeper's son has a bunch of friends who are 12 y/o girls and they think Josh is "dreamy".
LOL!!

Still voting today, since we'll be traveling til Sunday night.
Hoping those Calgary-ites gave up!!

And the F5 button works very well after voting....

Scott Carnegie (45%, 9,500 Votes)
Total Voters: 21,300

I used the F5 trick a few hundred times myself.
BiteMeBob
The click-war continues. Carnegie is gaining ground, but still has a long way to go to catch up.
Josh Funk (54%, 12,000 Votes)
Scott Carnegie (46%, 10,069 Votes)
Total Voters: 22,069

I know exactly how Josh pulled out the win.. I have the sprained clicker finger to prove it.. LOL We'd been watching it as close as we could from Seattle all weekend - imagine my surprise when I logged in around 1am to see the scale had yet again tipped in Carngie's favor by 1500. Not a happy woman here let me tell you! I decided sleep could wait and got to clicking. Finally pulled Josh into the lead with cushion of 250 and dropped off to dreamland where I dreamt of mouse clicking LOL!

My son and his network of friends along with my network of racing fans were a major help in this. I owe them all BIG time. But it is soooo very worth it! Now i need to go ice my clicker finger.. hahahahaha

In case anyone wonders i know the "concerned emailer" Chavez mentioned haha. I think this one wasn't "social networks" on Calgary's side. Funk got steady votes where Carnegie would somehow get like 3000+ in a matter of an hour. I'm prety sure at one point Chavez saw the shenanigans and switched the vote totals. **** was down 10.5k-9k at one point. the next morning he was up 10.5k-9.5k. I was right though cheating the flow cost Calgary their game. Too bad the Flow wasn't strong enough to help the Swarm...
