Oh, shoot. Now that I posted that, I seem to remember Chef saying something about having a race that weekend.

Not sure if I'm interested in the Rollergirls that much but getting together with the Hive is always a good time. But if Chef has a race that might be a possibility as well. Chef? Chef? Where are you Chef?

Last I knew we were to have a race on that day. This nice weather we are having might be a bad thing for that though. I will be sure to post by the end of the week and let everyone know. Its been a hard week and just hope that I can get on the boards more. If I cant get on the boards I will be sure to inform a few of you that can pass it on.

Hopefully you will do this again some other night! I so want to get to a Rollergirls (Show? Match? Skate? Game?) thing, but yeah, this weekend I'm heading out to Keystone, Co for some skiing!

Nik, we'll have to try again next year. The only two other Rollergirls bouts (as they call them) left this year are when we're in Denver and during a Swarm game.

I'll have to pass this time.

Just dont know if I can go to rollergirls thing. I'll post again in a few days with a yes or no but leaning toward no.

This just in Chef will not make it do to racing saturday. A month ago I was then a few weeks ago I wasn't. Now today I'm told I am again. I will make sure to let everyone know how I do too though.

After last night's exciting Swarm game, I think we're going to stay home tonight and cheer on our boys instead of going out. (I'm not 100% over my cold yet either.)

Chef needs to learn how to race . I got 4th place but should have and could have got 3rd. Its ok at home now and watching 2nd half of the game and lets go boys.

Resurrecting an old thread here. I just watched the movie "Whip It" and now I have a hankering for some live-action roller derby.



Well, it's next year now. The Rollergirls have one home bout left -- their championship on April 3rd. And of course, that is the same night as the Swarm game. Again.

Dang, it seems a shame to be only a few hundred feet away and still miss them. Too bad the Girls can't schedule more of their bouts during the Swarm's long mid-season road trip.
